Throughout this year, we’ve focused on growing our B2B client portfolio and have had the pleasure of expanding our team’s work with complex but exciting B2B client projects. We started out the year with two dedicated B2B Specialists and the team has since grown to be represented by many more Precisers at multiple sites across the group. To support this growth and the future success of our clients, we need another B2B Strategist to join the team!
Work tasks & responsibilities
As a B2B Strategist, you will be a key strategic partner for Digital Specialists dedicated to full-funnel marketing campaigns as well as for clients within our B2B offering that are driving marketing and sales initiatives. You will translate their goals and objectives into strategic recommendations and tactical deliverables within our projects.
That entails continuously overlooking the effectiveness of strategies applied and coordinating a variety of multi-channel marketing campaigns together with our Digital Specialists and clients. You will advise on, monitor, and analyze inbound marketing initiatives and give valuable optimization input. You are also responsible for educating our clients on best practices and providing recommendations on the latest inbound marketing tactics. Creative and content marketing plays an important role as well and so you will stay in close sync with our Specialists in those fields.
Relevant educational background in marketing and/or sales
3+ years of digital marketing and/or inbound experience, either at an agency or within an in-house marketing department
Ability to turn client’s objectives and user research into building marketing plans
Hands-on experience utilizing relevant tools and platforms, i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce
Analytical skills and an ability to create valuable insights and reports to drive KPIs and generate actionable improvements (via Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other CRM sources)
Great cooperation and communication skills
A curious, bold, and innovative mindset and a drive to always look for improvements
Experience within content marketing, SEO and/or CRO
Experience in leading complex customer journey projects
