As a Client Director, you lead and delight a portfolio of clients by ensuring they benefit from everything Precis has to offer. If you obsess about client centricity, relationships and delivering a world class service, this job is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

• Lead the commercial success and development of a portfolio of clients.

• Drive our business efforts by identifying opportunities for our clients to grow through our services.

• Secure the satisfaction and retention of clients and ensure that the full value of our services is understood and communicated.

• Use client feedback and business insights to steer the strategy and delivery of our services to have the highest impact

• Deep understanding of client business strategy; ability to translate client needs into a strategic roadmap and connection to Precis services across all capabilities

• Nurturing and building on your network within the industry to help promote Precis and our services.

• Manage a team of Client leads, including mentoring and leveraging the team to maximize their impact on the wider client portfolio and drive their personal development.

• Contribute to and learn from the wider group of Client Directors across all of the Nordics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• You are kind. We are all responsible for making Precis the best it can be and as such need our senior staff to set a really high standard in emulating our company principles.

• 7+ years of experience within digital marketing in the Nordic & European markets.

• Contextual Awareness: Ability to navigate and understand the diverse perspectives, priorities, and dynamics of multiple internal stakeholders is essential for aligning strategies and driving successful outcomes.

• Experience building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders (management up to C-Level) within client and partner organizations.

• Strong understanding of all aspects of Precis’ service offering and the connections between each capability. No one can be equally well versed in all aspects, but you need a deep enough understanding of each area to spot potential synergies and know when and who to consult.

• Ability to translate business needs into a strategic plan for delivery by Precis.

• Clearly communicate results and impact of activities across all capabilities.

• Excellent external communication skills (presenting, speaking, writing, etc).

• Excellent commercial development skills (pitching, framing solutions and strategies, relationship management, etc).
