We are looking for a Data Strategy Lead to join the team in Stockholm!
As a Data Strategy Lead at Precis, you will own the strategic and commercial development for data and analytics for at least one of our departments at Precis. You are responsible for our clients’ data maturity development and strategic direction, working in tight collaboration with your primary stakeholders including Department Heads and Team Leads. To excel in this role, you have a very strong technical understanding combined with excellent communication and commercial skills to drive the business forward.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the development of data and analytics maturity and roadmaps for key clients at Precis. Make high impact decisions and foresee needs and opportunities.

Lead upskilling and mentoring of marketing analytics for one or more business units.

Strategically allocate resources to client projects to achieve the highest impact.

Active contribution or leadership of group-level strategic data & analytics work streams.

Own commercial development for data/analytics for one or more business units (office, department, etc) at Precis.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Strong stakeholder and project management skills.

Ability to clearly communicate the value of data projects and influence key stakeholders.

Experience working one or more data platforms relating to Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing, including media buying methods and marketing evaluation (attribution, incrementality, etc).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
