Be our new Digital Specialist

We’re looking for more Digital Specialists to support our growing teams in Oslo!

For this role you will need a minimum of one year’s experience in managing digital marketing activities in either paid search or paid social, as well as a real passion for data-driven marketing.This role is suited to someone who has found a love of digital marketing and the technology behind it, and preferably also have some experience working with analytical tools like Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

As a Digital Specialist at Precis you will be working closely with our clients from day one and, together with a team of highly skilled colleagues, be responsible for operations and strategy for their digital marketing channels. This role is geared towards people who want to take their love of digital marketing to the next level; individuals who are excited to see what they can achieve in an environment where furthering our knowledge and trying new things is seen as a segue to breaking new ground. Tasks & responsibilities

Management of paid search and/or paid social accounts, including continuous optimisation, analysis, and strategy.

Continuously learn and master the latest technologies and techniques in our industry.

Analysis of customer behaviour and marketing performance using Excel and Google Analytics.

Devising strategies and tactics to increase the growth and value of our client's online marketing investments.

Project management and client interaction.

Identifying and implementing relevant industry changes and innovations.

Attribution modelling and other analysis-related projects.

Key qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience handling Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads accounts.

Experience working with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager.

A real passion for digital marketing and innovations in the field.

A friendly personality with good collaboration skills, plenty of ambition, and a desire to become a real expert in digital marketing.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.

(Preferred) BA/BSc in information systems, economics, statistics or similar.

(Preferred) Fluency in an additional language.
