Be our new Team Lead
Are you a seasoned digital marketer with proven experience in full funnel digital marketing strategy? Have you led long-term digital maturity projects in-house or with a client before? Added to that do you have a passion for developing talented people and seeing them thrive and succeed? If the answer is yes, then read on!
We are on the lookout for an energetic Team Lead to build and guide one of our talented digital marketing teams. Your team will consist of 5-7 digital marketing specialists eager to take their client portfolio to the next level. Together with the team, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with your clients - driving value through short and long-term digital development projects. Projects will come in all shapes and sizes - from activating DV360 brand campaigns to devising tailored CLV strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to lead through inspiration and get results through your team. Your main aim is seeing others grow and helping them reach their potential. You have a coaching mindset and have a deep understanding of the digital marketing channels and how they work together. You will be given all the freedom you need to build your team and set your agenda, and we will make sure to provide you with the support and resources you need to do so.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate the team’s execution on several full funnel client projects (often multi-platform) to meet challenging targets
Work hands-on within digital marketing platforms as well as stand alone digital maturity projects (eg. CLV and/or attribution)
Identify and deploy technical solutions and best practices within team
Consistently coach and develop junior and senior colleagues to be high performers
Build relationships and collaborations cross-team, cross-department, cross-Precis
Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders (incl. C-level) to deliver strategic projects
Negotiate contracts and develop the client portfolio
Build team through recruitment and talent retention
Agree, own and execute on Precis strategic goals and annual financial plan
Be an ambassador for Precis externally to cement Precis as a strategic partner
Minimum 3 years’ experience in activating performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, display and social
Deep knowledge of analytics platforms (including GA)
Proven experience in leading client-facing digital marketing projects
Proven experience with leading digital team (min 2+ reportees), experience as direct manager is a plus
Deep understanding of digital marketing full funnel strategy and best practice tactics
Deep understanding of relevant technologies and how they can be used to create strategic value
Very strong written and verbal English skills
(Preferred) Fluency in Swedish and/or an additional language.
Previous agency experience is a plus
