WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Strategic leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our agency’s brand, drive internal growth, and enhance our market presence.

B2B demand generation: Utilise proven expertise in B2B demand generation to identify opportunities, create effective marketing campaigns, and generate leads and business opportunities.

Brand development: Shape and communicate our agency’s unique value proposition, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message internally.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with our business objectives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Data-driven decisions: Leverage data analytics and insights to make informed marketing decisions, optimise campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Team leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing and brand professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, learning and ambition.

Stakeholder management: Aligning and reporting on marketing activities to our commercial team and management group.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are kind. We are all responsible for making Precis the best it can be and as such need our leaders to set a really high standard in emulating our company principles.

Proven experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic marketing roles within the media, professional services or advertising industry, with a focus on B2B demand generation.

Strong proficiency in relevant tools (Our current martech stack consists of Hubspot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Ad platforms, Zapier and far too many spreadsheets that you can help us get rid of).

Strategic vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful B2B demand generation strategies that result in substantial growth.

Innovative thinker: Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify and act on emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Fluency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.
