Be our new HR Business Partner

Precis Digital is a digital marketing agency with offices in eight locations around the Nordics and the UK. Our current HR team consists of four people working primarily in Sweden, and we are now looking to grow our team with a HR colleague in Norway! You will be based at the Oslo office, consisting of around 45 employees, and work with local HR as well as working on company wide projects with the wider HR team.

You will be part of the workplace & people team in the Oslo office working closely with the CEO, Office Coordinator and Recruitment Specialist and be the main responsible for building, developing and driving the HR work and processes locally. The areas will range from employee engagement, recruitment, HRIS to administration and employer branding. We believe this role is well suited for a person who has found their passion for HR, and that likes being able to contribute and take leadership within a wide range of areas.

Work task & responsibilities

Manage a small team owning the recruitment, employment, and facilities experience at Precis Norway.

Own the recruitment plan, and drive the recruitment processes for the office.

Analyse and take initiatives for improvement based on the monthly engagement surveys.

Advice and proactively engage with local management group on people and workplace related areas.

Build and develop the office's employer branding work.

Support managers and co-workers with HR-related questions.

Drive independent initiatives and projects to improve our culture and HR-related processes.

HR administration of, e.g employee surveys, pensions, insurances, HR system and payroll.

Ensure local processes and policies are up to date with current legislation as well as acting as an internal expert resource within labour law.

Key qualifications

BA in HR or other relevant area.

+4 years experience from roles managing a wide spectrum of HR areas.

Experience from independently working and driving HR-projects and processes.

Solid experience and knowledge within Norweigan labour law.

Excellent verbal and written skills in Norwegian and English.

Great organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
