Be our new Digital Specialist (Paid Social)

We are looking for more Digital Specialists to support our growing teams in Oslo!

For this role, you will need a minimum of one year’s experience in managing digital marketing channels, preferably activities within paid social, as well as a real passion for data-driven marketing. We believe this role is perfect for someone who has found their passion for paid social and want to leverage their skills within digital branding and campaign management.

As a Digital Specialist at Precis you will be working closely with our clients from day one and, together with a team of highly skilled colleagues, be responsible for operations and strategy for their digital marketing channels. This role is geared towards people who want to take their love of digital marketing to the next level. Manage and drive the performance and results for our clients’ digital investments in the relevant channels, including continuous optimisation, analysis and strategy.

Campaign planning and coordination.

Project management and client interaction.

Devising strategies and tactics to increase the growth and value of our client's online marketing investments.

Engaging with other advertising platforms such as Google Ads, DoubleClick and YouTube.

Analysing customer behaviour and marketing performance using Excel and Google Analytics.

Identifying and implementing relevant industry changes and innovations

Strive to continuously learn and master the latest technologies and techniques.

Attribution modelling and other analysis-related projects.


Minimum of one year’s experience handling Paid Social Campaigns or Facebook Ads accounts, including campaign planning, continuous optimisation, analysis and strategy.

Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss communication and messaging from a content perspective with clients.

Strong skills within client management.

A real passion for digital marketing and innovations in the field.

A friendly personality with good collaboration skills, plenty of ambition and a drive to become a real expert in digital marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.

(Preferred) Creative competencies with ability to help out in creative discussions and/or experience with creative creation in Smartly.

(Preferred) BA/BSc in marketing, information systems, economics, statistics or similar.

(Preferred) Fluency in an additional language.
