Be our new Programmatic Specialist – AdOps

Have you found your passion for AdOps? So have we! The programmatic and ad ops area within Precis has grown rapidly within the recent years, and we are now looking to growing it further. Our Programmatic Specialist Hub works with our digital marketing teams across our Nordic offices to plan and execute cutting edge programmatic campaigns across the globe, and developing complex technical setups. Thus, we are now looking for another talented, smart and kind technical campaign manager within Ad Ops to join the team - either in Stockholm, Copenhagen or London.

With a team of highly skilled and supportive colleagues, you hold responsibility for technical implementation, troubleshooting and QA of online media campaigns in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. With an aptitude for technology, this includes being able to multitask, troubleshoot, manage multiple timelines, keep calm under pressure and work across functions. As one of the main technical resources for the client team, you perform tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, develop collaborative relationships with team members, display clear communication and act proactively.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Responsible for campaign set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags and creative assets to ensure proper functionality.

Ensures ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoots creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting.

Collaborate with teams to support client deliverable deadlines.

Communicate and explain complex ideas to teams, clients, and advertising partners.

Owns creative quality assurance including testing functionality and all other aspects of ad trafficking.

Owns area of expertise (Ad Servers, Technical Creative Functionality, HTML, etc.) and can confidently answer client/team questions.

Report on and control technical performance in systems (CM360/GA/GTM).

Key qualifications

1 year experience of working within AdOps.

BA/BSc in information systems, computer science, economics, statistics or similar.

Curious about technical aspects of digital marketing and ad technologies.

Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills and a strong working knowledge of Excel/Sheets.

Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines whilst staying solution focused.

Strong aptitude for identifying problems and areas of improvement.

Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes.

(Preferred) Previous experience with CM360/GA/GTM and familiarity with HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript.

(Preferred) Previous knowledge in client services, ad operations and serving solutions a plus.
