WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
-
Produce ads for a variety of clients across various digital channels and formats: programmatic, paid social, display etc.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create solutions for our clients that solve design challenges and improve advertising performance.

Develop HTML5 (HTML, CSS, Javascript) templates and assets for multiple clients.

Proactively stay up-to-date with digital trends and evolving formats, tools and processes.

Produce work that maintains consistency and high graphic standards.

Help develop our internal tools and software for automation and workflow optimization.

Mentor and teach your craft to the junior developers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A strong portfolio that showcases your coding and animation skills.
-
Excellent HTML5 (HTML, CSS, Javascript) skills.
-
Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
-
Good understanding of responsive web development using CSS.
-
Solid knowledge of digital technologies, best practices, standards and frameworks.

Has the skills to translate rough concept and ideas into banner masterpieces.
-
Pulse on current digital marketing landscape, platforms, and evolving formats.
-
A dependable, problem solving, meticulous, and creative personality.

Experience in Node.js development and git workflows.

Willingness to push out-of-the-box thinking on all work, no matter the creative format or project.

Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with well-known display platforms such as Smartly, Studio, Bannerflow, DoubleClick Studio, JustPremium or any automation/DCO solutions is a plus.
