Be our new Team Lead
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager to lead one of our client teams – someone who has as a lot of passion for leading complex client projects within performance-driven marketing as well as for leading and developing talented people. Your team will consist of about 5-7 persons who are specialists within the field of digital marketing and eager to take the team’s clients and work to the next level. Together with the team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients from a variety of industries, spanning across different marketing platforms and with a wide range of needs and challenges.
To succeed in this role, you are truly driven by seeing others grow. You have a coaching mindset and like to work closely with your team to set plans, come up with new ideas and share knowledge. At the same time, you are well versed and have a deep understanding of the digital marketing channels – from strategy to optimisations. You are used to building relationships with stakeholders and have a transparent way of communicating, both internally and externally.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively lead several complex client projects and coordinate the team’s execution (including short- and long-term strategies) to meet targets.
Work hands-on within digital marketing platforms as well as projects such as attribution.
Identify and deploy technical solutions to improve results and efficiencies.
Consistently coach and develop junior and senior colleagues to be high performers.
Build and own relationship with client stakeholders (incl. C-level) to deliver key projects and cement Precis as a strategic partner.
Negotiate contracts and develop the client portfolio.
Partake in recruitment and retain key people.
Own and execute on a financial plan for the business unit.
Be an ambassador for Precis internally and externally.
Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience of performance marketing, including paid search, paid social and display.
Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and the connection between them.
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics.
Deep understanding of relevant technologies and how they can be used to create strategic value.
A technical skillset that enables leadership of technically focused reportees.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal English/Swedish skills
(Preferred) Previous agency experience.
(Preferred) BA/BSc in information systems, media tech, economics, statistics or similar.
