The legal team makes sure that Precis and our clients can safely navigate a post–GDPR–future. Oh, our CEOs also belong to this team!

Have you ever given attention to the thought of how things at an office can run so smoothly? Work tools and devices are seamlessly set up, necessary material is always in stock, the coffee stations are prepped with the best coffee and snacks? Uncountable suppliers are being coordinated, all that administrative work with invoices just gets done and overall, the office vibe is just top-notch?
At Precis, all of the above is thanks to our office assistant & coordinators behind the scenes, making sure everything practical runs smoothly at our offices and that the work environment and office atmosphere is welcoming, inclusive and enables focus. They are also really skilled event planners who dedicate a bunch of their time to plan neat internal events and initiatives to strengthen the so important social factor of our workplace and our peer relationships.
The name speaks for itself, our peers within the people team have a true passion for… People! They are committed to the overarching strategies and operational work of attracting, retaining and developing talent and as you hear by that – they are dedicated to both future Precis talents and current ones. One important mission is spreading the word about Precis in a variety of employer branding strategies & activities and managing the recruitment processes across all our locations to ensure we get the right people on board to grow and do awesome things for our clients.
Focusing on initiatives to strengthen our employee satisfaction and wellbeing, and maintaining an engaging and high-performing culture is also important for our People team, as we’ve set the bar for our vision quite high. We should be no less than the best employer and workplace in our industry. That calls for both creativity and commitment to ensuring a smooth and sustainable employee experience. Our people team works both on group level on company-wide initiatives or strategies, as well as locally with targeted projects based on each location’s prioritised needs in the People & Culture area.

There is no doubt that our committed legal team at Precis provides a crucial foundation to our core business. From contractual matters to ongoing internal training and updates, the legal team’s work and projects are as broad as it is varied. They’re here to support our colleagues with everything legal!
A major focus of their work is on privacy since we firmly believe that this plays a key role in Precis’ work and in digital marketing as a whole. The legal team ensures that the teams at Precis can excel in their work whilst safely navigating through the GDPR and other privacy legislations, and staying up to date with the latest legal requirements.
