GPTW is an international organization measuring employee satisfaction and benchmarking the results against other companies. A great place to work is defined as an environment where everyone trust the people they work for, take pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with.
According to Great Place to Work (GPTW), Precis is Denmark’s 5th best IT workplace and the 12th best place to work in Denmark in general, both in the small businesses category. This was the first year that our Danish office was eligible to participate, why we’re very excited to rank so well.
I was very nervous as the results of the survey were revealed. The survey centers around the critical point of whether people enjoy showing up for work every day. It was with great relief that the positive results were presented and it was both heartwarming and motivating to read the anonymous feedback.
We still have a long and exciting road ahead of us, and the survey identified several areas that we should focus on to make Precis an even better place to work. The input will be very valuable in guiding our efforts to attract and retain motivated and capable colleagues in 2018 and beyond.
