What did you study?
I studied for a Master’s Degree in International Marketing and Management at Copenhagen Business school and graduated in 2020.
What do you do at Precis and what does a normal workday look like for you?
I work as a Digital Specialist at the Copenhagen office. I always start the day by evaluating the performance of the channels I manage for my clients. After this, and during the rest of the hours of the day, the tasks vary a lot, from having external and internal meetings, doing operational work such as uploading creatives, to more strategic work such as reflecting how we can improve the performance of the client in the channels I work closely with.
How has your development journey been since you joined?
I started working as a part-time Associate Digital Specialist while doing my masters. When I finished my studies I started working full-time and have become a Digital Specialist. I really enjoyed working while studying as it was important to get a deeper understanding of what digital marketing is, which platforms we use, what are the main aspects to know across channels. However, once my focus moved from studying to working full-time at Precis, I felt my learning curve becoming very steep, as I’ve been learning more and deeply about discovery ads, paid search and paid social.
What’s the best thing about your role?
The constant learning. There is literally no day where I’m not learning something new from the channels I work with on a daily basis. Also, the fact that we can see results on a daily basis and therefore are constantly reflecting on what we can do to improve performance is something that drives me in this role. Alongside this, the fact that I’m working with so many smart and interesting people really makes me want to be the best of myself.
