In 2018, we were happy to introduce a yearly award for the best marketing thesis. Initially, the award was limited to Sweden, but after a successful first round, we will this time expand the award to include all Precis locations; Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK.
Our vision is to define the next generation digital marketing agency. Striving for this, we put a lot of effort into research and development of new methodologies that can change marketing for the better. Therefore, we have initiated this thesis competition to highlight and celebrate innovative academic research focusing on problems within digital marketing, hoping to encourage increased efficiency and transparency within our field.
At Precis, we are obsessed by fully understanding the true value of marketing, and based on that, buying media as efficiently as possible. We believe that this will lead to less waste, better user experience, and more opportunities for companies to flourish.
The thesis award is aimed at master’s and bachelor’s students in the Nordics and the UK, but the field of education in itself is not critical. The only thing that matters for the award is that the thesis contributes with new insights into the field of digital marketing. Trust us when we say that this field is far from limited to marketing studies. As an example, our own co-workers have very diverse educational backgrounds; computer science, chemistry, physics, political science and psychology.
In order to participate in the thesis award, submit your thesis to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than June 30th, 2020.
The thesis should be written (in English) during the fall semester of 2019 or spring semester of 2020. The winner(s) will be awarded with 2000 EUR as well as being invited to a local Precis office to present the thesis to co-workers at Precis.
